Synvoyity saves player progress information, which includes in-game statistics, achievements, player username, timestamped scores, etc. Players can email Synvoyity to request that their account and all information contained within be permanently deleted at any time.

Steam, Apple, and Google may collect information you give them in order to pay for the software, which Synvoyity has no access to. They may also collect anonymous usage data such as crash logs, which I do have access to and use to improve the software, but have no way of knowing who that data came from. If you email Synvoyity, we will save your emails for purposes of responding to them and telling you relevant information for support. You can email Synvoyity to ask that we delete any information. This includes personally identifiable sales information and any past email discussions.

For parents (COPPA) – Synvoyity will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13. Per Steam’s privacy policy, “Valve encourages parents to instruct their children to never give out personal information when online. Parents who are concerned about the transfer of personal information from their children may contact us.”

Fall Cat has optional ads that may be viewed by the player if they choose to gain extra time at the end of each game. Ads are displayed through Unity’s Ad service.
